These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fearless Freedom website and your purchase of my products. By visiting or shopping with me, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. About Fearless Freedom
Fearless Freedom is an online home décor store offering faith-inspired prints, blankets, doormats, and other beautiful pieces for your home. References to "Fearless Freedom", "I", "me", and "my" refer to the business operating this website.
2. Using My Website
I want this to be a safe, honest, and welcoming space for everyone. By using my website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

Designs, materials, and specifications may be updated from time to time
I reserve the right to update or discontinue products without notice.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. Your order is considered accepted once I have confirmed it and your payment has been successfully processed.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or description error
I suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
An error has occurred in the ordering process
If I cancel an order after payment has been received, I will always provide an appropriate refund.
5. Pricing and Currency
Fearless Freedom primarily serves customers in the United States and Canada. Prices may be displayed in the local currency associated with your location — US Dollars (USD) for US customers and Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers. The final price and currency applicable to your purchase will always be clearly displayed at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may apply additional foreign exchange or international transaction fees — these are outside of my control and are the responsibility of the customer.
I reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. I do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.
7. Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
Taxes and duties applicable to your order will vary depending on your location and the products purchased. Where applicable, these will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped to Canada or other destinations, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country's authorities. Fearless Freedom is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any charges imposed by government agencies.
8. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Many Fearless Freedom pieces are made specifically for you after your order is placed. This means:
Production times may vary
Items may ship separately if your order contains products from different fulfilment locations
Slight variations in colour, texture, or placement may occur
Cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun
Where a product is made to order, this will be noted on the product or checkout page.
9. Shipping and Delivery
I primarily ship to customers in the United States and Canada. Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and costs will all be displayed during checkout.
Please note that estimated delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of my control — carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. I appreciate your patience and grace when they do.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Returns and Refunds
I stand behind every single piece I make and I want you to love it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please reach out to me at hello@fearlessfreedomcollective.com as soon as possible.
When you get in touch, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant
I will always work with you to find the right solution — that is my promise to you.
Change of Mind
For made-to-order or personalised pieces, I may not be able to accept returns for a change of mind. For other products, any change-of-mind return terms will be displayed on my website at the time of purchase. Nothing here is intended to exclude any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
11. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Customers in the United States and Canada may have additional rights under the laws of their state, province, or territory. My policies are intended to work alongside your statutory rights — not replace them.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fearless Freedom website — including logos, brand names, artwork, illustrations, photographs, product designs, written content, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Fearless Freedom.
You are welcome to browse and enjoy my website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use my content or designs without my written permission.
13. Your Content
If you share reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content with Fearless Freedom, you confirm that you have the right to do so. By sharing, you give me permission to use, display, and publish that content for reasonable business and promotional purposes. I reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time I love to offer promotions, discount codes, and special offers. Unless otherwise stated:
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
Only one code may be used per order
Promotions may have expiry dates or other conditions
Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases
Specific terms will always be stated where applicable.

I do my best to keep my website running smoothly, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside of my control. I appreciate your patience when this happens.

Where this affects your order, I will communicate with you as clearly and as quickly as I can and do everything I reasonably can to minimise the impact.

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as my business grows. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of my website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Fearless Freedom, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you in your place of residence. Nothing here is intended to prevent you from exercising rights available to you under the laws of your state, province, territory, or country.
