How are your products made?
Every item is carefully made to order just for you. Production typically takes 2-8 business days before shipping, as we ensure each tailored blessing is crafted to perfection for your home.
What are the shipping times?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days across the US and Canada. If you need your gift sooner, Express Delivery is available at checkout for prioritized handling.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
Since each piece is uniquely made for you, we cannot offer cancellations (after 24 hours), returns, or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@faithfulgifts.com with photos, and we'll fix it immediately!
How do you handle my personal information?
Your trust is sacred. We only use your details to process orders and share store updates. We will never sell your data to third parties.

How long will it take to make my order?
Personalised pieces are made just for you — and we treat them that way. Please allow 2-8 business days for production before we dispatch your order. We take this time to ensure every tailored product is perfect for your home. We don't rush what's meant to last.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Because we start working on your personalized files quickly, we cannot cancel an order once the production process with our vendors has begun.

We ship across the US and Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while Express Delivery arrives in 1-3 business days. Please note that remote areas may require a few extra days for delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we can only offer refunds or replacements if items arrive damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue, please email us with photos so we can make it right!
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don't offer exchanges at this time. To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the detailed sizing charts found in the description of every product listing.
